• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

Nationwide Delivery (within Pakistan):

• Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or bad weather.

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or handling charges.

📬 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• You can track your parcel directly through our courier partner’s website using that tracking ID.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
