🔄 Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, please email us at infotrendify11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund amounts will exclude original shipping costs (if any).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital or downloadable products
- Personal or hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings, beauty tools)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance or sale items
🔁 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, email us at infotrendify11@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or wrong items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
